The Other Woman

Here she is, the bitch that's been occupying almost all of my husband's time and energy.
She is referred to as "The Beast".
How appropriate.

Our little plumper

Here she is - Heavy C . You can tell from the before and after how thick she has gotten.
It's because now instead of just letting her graze all day - which to her is only about 3 kibbles at a time - I now give her a little bowl full of dry kibbles mixed with wet food. She didn't even eat a half a cup of food a day - which is the minimum she should be getting, now she gobbles up the mixture in about 4 seconds then runs up to give us a kiss and burps in our faces! She's the cutest little piggy you've ever seen!

P.S. Try not to stare at her vagina. Pervert.

Who's THAT?

I feel much better today - I don't know what it was but MAN did I feel crappy.
Hopefully it was just a fluke thing and I don't have vertigo or something like that.

I finally got some pics on my photobucket - but instead of posting them all at once - I figured I would stretch them out to create more posts. Each one is special in their own way and deserves something special of their own. :)

This one is long overdue.

Anyone recognize this guy?

Maybe you will know who it is by his baby picture...

Figure it out?

if not just click here

His glasses should be done in a few days - I tried to make them out of wire - but I just can't so I made then out of clay - cross your fingers and hope they turn out!

He should be shipping to his new home soon (hint*hint*)!

My equilibrium needs to be equalized

Well you'll be happy to know that we made it through the weekend - still sane.

It was a fun time actually - the kids ( Connor and Kiana) had a blast playing together. They kept eachother entertained pretty much the whole time. It's so much easier watching two than just one - just because they play together and it's fun to watch them interact and have little conversations with eachother.

Trav paid Brittney to do the dishes - so he got off easy. Then Stacy and Matt gave us a gift card for Chipotle for watching Kiana and Max - so we got free dinner too!

Sunday, Trav and I went to breakfast at Perkins - at noon. Then we went shopping for new clothes for Trav - for his new job. I got a pair of pants and a new shirt as well.
Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone was on TV this weekend - we got home from shopping just in time to watch it.

Because our new bed is so much higher - it strains my neck to watch tv - so after the movie was over - my neck hurt really bad. I have a very sensitive neck and head - so I spent the rest of the night with neck pain and a headache and couldn't get comfortable. It's still not better today and it's starting to take it's toll on me.
Now I feel sick to my stomach, dizzy, I still have a headache and my neck still hurts. It's just lovely.

I'm hoping to feel better after lunch.

Status Update

Just a note to let everyone know that Stacy is doing great after her surgery!

I went to visit her last night - she was really tired and nauseous from the meds they had her on, but since they switched, she's doing perfect.

She has only 6 little holes in her belly - all covered with just band-aids :)

She ate breakfast this morning :

diluted chicken broth
diluted apple juice
and
2 squares of Jello

She said so far she doesn't feel any different inside - eating was ok - but she felt full off of just that little bit.

She should be going home tonight if all goes as planned.

Keep checking her blog for more info on her progress!

on another note:

Trav and I have quite a night planned - 2 dogs, three kids, movies and pizza!
wish us luck!

Good thing we bought that new Bissell Spot Bot - it may be time to break in.

I'm hoping to post some pics this weekend - so keep checking!

Oh Happy Day

Heavy C (Carmela) has gotten carried away with her chowing. Last night, she devoured the heel of my favorite brown shoes! Lovely.
She is SO not a puppy anymore - so I'm chalking it up to her just being a pig.

But that's not soooo bad because.........

GREAT NEWS!

Travis got a new job!

This is SO wonderful! You have no idea! It's perfect! I can't even express how great this is - in every way!
More money, more freedom, and less gas $.
And that's just the tip of the iceberg of good things that will come of this.

SO SO wonderful!

I feel like doing one of dances that big black women do when they get excited about something - you know what dance I'm talking about - where they stomp their feet with one arm up im the air shouting "THANK YOU JESUS! Once in a while there is jumping or hopping and sometimes the grand finale of fainting or flopping oneself on the floor. Mostly seen in gospel churches or when winning publisher's clearing house. Things of that nature.

I am THAT happy!

Life is good.

Monday, Monday.....

Today is a turd, Man.
My alarm didn't go off this morning so I woke up at 8:40. Nice.
I had to wear pants today because of my leg beard, so I put on ones I THOUGHT were clean - turns out I was wrong - big splooge of mystery right on my thigh. Great.
Didn't have time to take a shower so I look EXTRA greasy today. Awesome.
The only radio station that will come in is Heavy Metal. Please kill me.

I have to go to school tonight looking like a complete mess - AND I didn't read my chapter last night so I have to leave EXTRA early to have time zip through enough of it before class.
So with the hour I was late this morning and the hour I am leaving early for class =
I get paid less for this crappy, working non stop day. Terrific.

I had a fun weekend though.

Stacy and I had a lounge day on Saturday. We chilled and watched TV, went to Michaeal's for crafty inspirations, and to a movie.
It was a really great day.
Sunday - Trav and I laid in bed the majority of the day snuggly-style and watched our Netflix movies. I made breakfast in bed: blueberry panie-cakes with blueberries, strawberries and nanners on top. Nummy.
And Homemade mac and cheeze for dinner.

Hopefully things will turn around by this evening.

I need a vacation.

Wow - it's been a week already?!

I guess time flies - when there is 5 feet of freakin' snow outside!
BARF!
Are you kidding me? I thought it was supposed to be spring time soon?!
What's that? There is 6 more inches on the way?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dear Readers:

This is my apology in advance for not posting due to my going INSANE!

ugh! I am REALLY sick of the snow. Can you tell?

I guess it wasn't SO bad on Monday when Trav and I got a snow day from work because of the weather - the power was out and the phones were down in our office so we just closed up for the day. How cool is that?!

So we got an extra day to snuggle :) - and clean.

Carmela - or "Heavy C" - which is what I have been calling her lately because of her chubbiness - can barely stand to go to the bathroom outside. The snow goes over her head so she only has a tiny path that I made for her in the snow to go to the bathroom in. She's so used to running around out there that she walks back and forth about 20 times before she pops a squat.
Gawd I love her :)

Well not much to write about today. Hopefully I will be more entertaining tomorrow.

Dinner and a Movie

The Dinner: Eggplant Parmesan with Mascatolli and Homemade Garlic Cheese Bread.

The Movie: HARRY POTTER AND THE GOBLET OF FIRE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Setting: Our bed, curled up with our new microsuede comforter!

Verdict: It was the SHIT!

Damn it was a good day.

Yesterday anyway........

Today= not so much. I'm bloated and fat and I have two GARGANTUAN pimples on my chin - If anyone knows the episode of Malcom in the Middle where Hal gets bit by a Tarantula....Yep, That's me.
I just noticed my hair is a bit greasy, too. MAN am I HOT!

Just found out I'm going to dinner with Stace tonight for her last supper. No solid foods for a month. Good luck with that.
It's all for a good reason - happier and healthier Stacy.

Embarrassing story for the day:

Trav called be this morning just after he walked in the door from dropping me off at work. He said that he was on his way in the house when his pants caught on something. He tried to tug and walk at the same time but ended up tripping and landed on the ground with his pajama pants around his knees and his BARE ASS in the air!
Note: You have no idea how hard I am laughing right now - tears are rolling down my face just typing it out!
AHHH HAAA HAAA! That'll teach him to wear undies!

He said when he got up and pulled up his pants he said a car that was parallel parking right on the street in from of him!
He just ran in the house.

God, that's great!

I love you Nudie Tuesday!

Yoga, Anyone?

Trav and I started our Yoga last night. I really forgot how much I enjoyed it. The tape (yes it's a video tape - shut up, it was like $5 - it was a great investment) that I have is really helpful - it's beginner enough for us and yet still really tough. We are starting out at every other day and we will gradually add in more - especially now that spring and summer are nearing.

The great part about the tape is the "host" isn't cheesy and the relaxation techniques at the end are essential! Seriously, it helps so much.

Note to self: Next time lets not do Naked Yoga. The flopping is distracting while trying to concentrate on breathing.

You know who you are

Disclaimer:
To all of my known regular readers who comment appropriately and provide meaningful posts for me to read in return, Please know this is not about you. And please try to forgive any vulgartiy, inappropriateness, blatant negativity, and downright horribleness you may read in this post. I sincerely apologize, but I have to do this.

Dear Fakey McBitchington,

I was provided a link to your MySpace site today and I have to say you grow more and more disgusting every time I see and/or hear of you.
I am writing this to you because I know now that you continue to anonymously read my blog. Although you did learn your lesson not to comment anymore, you have yet to learn how to not be a fat, disgusting, hypocritical, stupid, horrible, stuck up, fake, snobby, mentally incapable, bitch.

I apologize for having to use such big words, but there is just no other way to describe you. Hopefully you can figure out how to use Google dictionary to decipher this post.

I read your posts and realized that two of them were taken directly from my blog - using most of the same words even! All I have to say is : Really?
Are you seriously going to judgmentally criticize me just months ago with your retarded banter and disrespect for me - that's right ME - the person who you BARELY know!?! Then go and plagiarize my words and make them your own?!

You are the world's biggest hypocrite. And I fully emphasize the "hippo".

You are everything that is wrong with this nations educational system. I can't even stand to read half the SHIT you have on your space. You are so fake and disgusting, I really have a hard time not throwing up in my mouth while reading your blog posts.

Writing this to you is going to nothing but get you all fired up and to let you know that I know what you are doing.

It should teach you not to mess with people you don't know.

It should teach you not to judge people you know nothing about.

It should teach you to think for your fucking stupid self and not take other people's words to use as your own.
(Which just shows that you think what I write is cool and that you want to be like me - that's right - ME! The person you barely know and yet obviously feel threatened by)

It should teach you not to be a horrible person.

But it's not going to do that. You are going to dwell on this all day, think about it at night, possibly
go home and gossip to someone who pretends to care about the crap that comes out of your mouth about me and how fat I am and probably lie about me just to make yourself look better.
What you should do is go look in the mirror - and think about all the horrible judgments you have made about the people you have come across, all the superficial remarks you think and say everyday. Think about each and every one of them and realize it will all come back to you ten fold.

You may still read my blog, after all it is your inspiration. But seriously, learn to think for yourself. You can go ahead and envy me as much as you want - just don't steal my words.

I really do hope that you become a better person, because right now, your karma is horrendous. You will have a horrible existence if you can't learn to change, but I guess if you can't then you've got what's coming to you.

Enjoy your "perfect" existence.

Hey how are ya? it's been a while.....

Yes, I know I made a goal to post almost everyday, but I didn't have much to write about I guess.
I'm sick of writing about what I do everyday. It seems too boring. Even I don't like to read about what I do during the week.

I can't stand boring.

Luckily this weekend wasn't boring.
So I can write about it.

Stacy, Trav and I got free Olive Garden dinner on Friday night. We had to wait a long time for our food and the waiter was brand new - so we (Stacy) complained and we got it all for FREE. Free food just tastes so much better, you know what I mean?
Then we went to see Brokeback Mountain. Not so much of a compelling "love story" as everyone is pegging it.
It was very well shot though. Great scenery. By far.

Should Heath have won the Oscar? No. Did Phillip Seymour Hoffman (a.k.a. the guy from Along Came Polly whose most memorable line was "Dude, I just sharted.") deserve to win? Not so much. To me, someone who spends 36 days "in character" - completely living their life as someone else for an entire month - seems like they may be just a bit off.
I was hoping for Joaquin Phoenix. He was great. At least Reese Witherspoon won. They had to throw Walk the line a bone, it was a GREAT movie, but like John Stewart said "It's like Ray with white people." So they couldn't show a bias towards movies about musical icons. I understand, I guess.

We also purchased our new bed this weekend. We thought it was going to be such a daunting task - going from mattress store to mattress store, traveling to outlet stores, trying to remember which one was the most comfortable at each store. Needless to say we were dreading it - we kept putting it off and putting it off.
Saturday I decided that we needed to just start looking anyway - we stopped at this mattress place by our work and we found what we were looking for - immediately. It was awesome! Were are really relieved to have found it so quickly and very thankful that it was so easy. We took it home on Saturday and set it up. It is so much better for us than our old bed. It's about 6 inches taller though and Carmela has a hard time now getting on it. So we have to pick her up for now, but hopefully we can work out some sort of doggy step system for her to climb up on her own.

Maybe it's her new chubby belly that's holding her down :)
I still have to take pics of her new chunky self. Hee hee :) Actually I shouldn't say chubby, she's just normal looking now - instead of too skinny. It's so cute.

Saturday night, Trav stayed home and I went out to a little karaoke bar with Stacy and her Husband Matt. We were having sort of a last hurrah for Stace, since she won't be able to drink - at all - for 6 f-ing months!
Soooooo 5 drinks and 8 shots later, I was singing Prince's Pussy Control, and signing up to sing Bohemian Rhapsody. I didn't get to sing that though because the bar was closing and when I found out that I wasn't going to be able to sing again - I hit the Karaoke guy - but only because he said I could.
After we were done freaking out over our bar tabs, we went back to Stacy's house to pass out, but not before I "discarded my entire $60 bar tab" into Stacy's toilet. Nice.
Sunday was spent in bed.

It was all fun though.
